2019 VAENI BLACK DRYS XINOMAVRO PDO

When time “marries” the excellent Xinomavro from selected vineyards with the lightly smoked French oak barrel, the “Black Oak” is born.  A wine of long aging that highlights the impressive evolution of the variety over the years and it has been produced in a strictly limited number of bottles.

Classic methods of red vinification with modern techniques that increases the dynamics of the variety.  Fermentation is completed in stainless steel tanks at 26–28-degree C.  This wine is aged 36 months in French oak barrels and 12 months in bottles.
