The Nebbiolo Vineyard Cascinotto is located in comune of Diano D’Alba. This country, in addition to be famous for producing a very good Dolcetto, is distinguished by the presence of the Nebbiolo wine, equally worthy of note and considering. Our production of Nebbiolo Cascinotto sees the dawn in the years 90: From the outset, to a careful cultivation of the vineyard, follows a further thinning of the bunches during the with the purpose of obtaining a complete and right maturation of the grapes.
The grapes obtained are fermented for a week in a submerged hat. At the end of the the wine is placed in French barrique where rest for a time of 20 months.
After this period the wine presents itself to the user ruby-coloured; is able to give the nose the delicate and full scent with characteristic hints berry (raspberries and blueberries). On the palate reveals a dry and decided taste with pleasant finale.
