Champagne William Saintot Rose de Saignee

This champagne is ruby in colour, with a rather simple nose of red berries which makes it fruity enough.  Once served, we observe a well-supported pink color with an expressive nose. On the palate it expresses a fleshy, fruity rosé with a sensation of sparkling freshness. It will be served for appetizers or desserts with fruit and bitter chocolates.
