Review by Drew Innes:
A beautiful and modern Serralunga Barolo from Jerry Gain at Riverdale Wines in Toronto. Soft, ripe and velvety and a stunning vintage. Complex and intense on the nose with black cherry, mocha, licorice, spice box and charred coconut. A perfect restaurant Barolo that drinks immediately right out of the bottle. A pH of 3.4 and rs of about 3 make put it into the dry category. If you enjoy riper Nebbiolo, you have to get this.
