Grape Variety : Agiorgitiko
Vinification: Vinification takes place in a stainless-steel tank. The pre-fermentation extraction lasts for 5 days, followed by vaccination of the grape mass with selected yeast strains. Temperature-controlled concentrates during fermentation that do not exceed 24oC. The fermentation is completed, and the wine remains with the marc metazymotics for at least 10 days. This is followed by the separation of the wine from the marc. The wine remains in the tank for about 2 months where periodic stirrings take place. The wine is transfused into French oak barrels with a capacity of 225 and 300lt. The ripening time of the wines in them was completed after 18 months.

Bouquet: Aromatic condensation with multiple alternations of notes of helmets, pomegranate, white pepper and forest fruits.
Mouth: Good structure impresses from the first moment. Sweet tannins, oiliness and very good durability in the mouth. Unfold successively with purity both its fruity substance and the spicy with notes of tart cassis, pit of sour cherry, black pepper and sage. Long and lasting aromatic return.
