Varieties 85% Primitivo Puglia / 10% Nero di Troia / 5% Susumaniello
Vinification: Cold maceration to enhance the aromatic component of the vine. Subsequently, a combination of selected yeast and bacteria is made, obtaining a greater fullness and roundness and better preserving the aromas.
