					<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>TASTE:<br />
</strong>A wine that expresses all the bold character of a Sangiovese cultivated on drained soils. Its rich yet clear ruby-red colour, with garnet nuances, conveys its body immediately, which is reinforced by its complex bouquet. On the nose, the predominant scents of fruit, such as black currant and blueberry, and of spicy notes of black pepper give way to tertiary toasted notes of coffee bean and tobacco. On the palate, the wine’s richness and depth stand out, perfectly harmonised by the elegance characteristic of a Sangiovese grown at these altitudes. The soft, round tannins are perfectly integrated. The finish is long and persistent, with tertiary notes returning once again.</p>

<p><strong>VARIETIES</strong>: 90% SANGIOVESE, 10% CANAIOLO</p>
<p><strong>VINIFICATION AND AGING:</strong><br />
The Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes are carefully harvested by hand followed by a further selection process that takes place in the cellar. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature with maceration on the skins and gentle pressing, allowing for excellent polyphenolic extraction. The wine then ages in new French oak barrels for around 36 months.</p>
<p>Only after further ageing in the bottle Principe del sole chianti riserva is ready to be placed on the market.</p>

Aromatically, it gives off a blend of red and black fruits on the nose such as blackcurrant and cherry, accompanied by light notes of vanilla, herbs, spicy roses and tea leaves. The palate is lively, multi-layered with an impetuous acidity, coated by flavours of iced strawberries and mint. Tannins are present but polished just enough to carry its structure leaving a lingering aftertaste.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Diano D’Alba has always had a territory to the cultivation of Dolcetto: for this reason reason here are born important wines, capable of last too many years. Based on this convention, the vineyard was implanted Pradurent, “which is placed at 400 meters above the sea level enjoys a very high exposure sunny.</p>
<p>After fermentation, which allows the grape to turn into wine, we proceed with the use of the Barrique, where the wine itself is aged for a period of 10 months. To the end of this process we reach the phase of bottling.</p>
<p>Dolcetto Pradurent, purple-red color with intense shades, nose is very precise and stands out for the scents of fruit and flowers with almond.  The palate offers a rich and enveloping nice tannins.</p>

<p>Xinomavro 100%</p>
<p>Paliokalias is also the name of the vineyard located north of Stenimahos, an area of the City of Naousa, in the region of Imathia in Greece, known for the deep underground waters and the cool breezes that come down from Mount Vermio. The soils are alkaline and clay-limestone. The vineyard is 45 years old. Traditional red wine vinification in 12 days extraction. The harvest is done by hand and the grapes were chosen individually in order to yield the number of bottles of “Paliokalias” Kokkinos. The result is a xinomavro wine which has the best elements of the typical features (aromas of sun dried tomatoes, olives) and a modern twist with notes of eucalyptus and licorices which stay until the last aftertaste. The label is made of wood, and is unique for every bottle, as is the wine of “Paliokalias”.</p>

<p>Grape Variety : Agiorgitiko</p>
<p>Vinification: Vinification takes place in a stainless-steel tank. The pre-fermentation extraction lasts for 5 days, followed by vaccination of the grape mass with selected yeast strains. Temperature-controlled concentrates during fermentation that do not exceed 24oC. The fermentation is completed, and the wine remains with the marc metazymotics for at least 10 days. This is followed by the separation of the wine from the marc. The wine remains in the tank for about 2 months where periodic stirrings take place. The wine is transfused into French oak barrels with a capacity of 225 and 300lt. The ripening time of the wines in them was completed after 18 months.</p>
<p>Color: Dark Red</p>
<p>Bouquet: Aromatic condensation with multiple alternations of notes of helmets, pomegranate, white pepper and forest fruits.</p>
<p>Mouth: Good structure impresses from the first moment. Sweet tannins, oiliness and very good durability in the mouth. Unfold successively with purity both its fruity substance and the spicy with notes of tart cassis, pit of sour cherry, black pepper and sage. Long and lasting aromatic return.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After the latest results obtained by Barolo Riva Rocca , we have researched a new one barolo vineyard in the village of Serralunga d ’ Alba, area renamed for the production of this wine that has always been a point of reference for the wineries in Langa.</p>

<p>The vineyard has an extension of one hectare and enjoy a south-west exposure. The fermentation during about two week; then the wine obtained is put infrench aok barrique for 24 months.</p>
<p>Follow 12 months of permanence in large french oak barrels e 12 months in the bottle.</p>

<p>A beautiful and modern Serralunga Barolo from Jerry Gain at Riverdale Wines in Toronto. Soft, ripe and velvety and a stunning vintage. Complex and intense on the nose with black cherry, mocha, licorice, spice box and charred coconut. A perfect restaurant Barolo that drinks immediately right out of the bottle. A pH of 3.4 and rs of about 3 make put it into the dry category. If you enjoy riper Nebbiolo, you have to get this.</p>
